Recipe:

Velvet Cakes & Cupcakes Arcólor® – 500g
Eggs (4 pcs) – 200ml
Oil – 100ml
Water – 200ml

 

Preparation mode

Mix by hand or in an electric mixer, wire whisk and low speed, the Mix for Cakes & Cupcakes Velvet Arcólor®, little by little the eggs, the oil and finally the water, until obtaining smooth and homogeneous mass. Fill the shapes to the desired size halfway and place in the oven. The time in the oven varies according to the chosen format: Thin plates = less time Tall cakes = more time Cupcakes: ballast oven at 160ºC or turbo at 140ºC for 15 min. Cake: domestic oven at 180ºC for 20 to 45 min depending on the height of the cake. Note: if the temperature is higher or the oven stays longer, the sugar can caramelize, changing the color outside the final product.

Wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, refined sugar, modified corn starch, whey, chemical yeast (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate and sodium and aluminum phosphate), refined salt and polysorbate stabilizer 60´ (E 435 ), artificial vanilla flavoring, artificial food coloring: Contains Gluten. ALLERGIC: Contains wheat and milk derivatives. May contain traces of soy. WHITE – White: Titanium dioxide inorganic dye (E171); LIME GREEN – Lime Green: Tartrazine yellow (E102) and bright blue (E133); GREEN – Green: Tartrazine yellow (E102) Bright Blue (E133) and Indigotine Blue (E132); BLUE – Blue: Bright blue (E133) and indigo blue (E132); YELLOW – Yellow: Tartrazine yellow (E 102); ORANGE – Orange: Twilight yellow (E 110); PINK – Pink: Erythrozine (E127) and bordeaux (amaranth) (E123); CHRISTMAS VELVET Christmas Red: Ponceau (E124), tartrazine yellow (E102) and bordeaux red (amaranth) (E123); RED VELVET – Marsala Wine: Bordeaux Red (amaranth) (E123); BLACK – Black: Indigo blue (E132), bordeaux red (amaranth) (E123) and tartrazine yellow (E102);
